DESCRIPTION:Be prepared to respond in an emergency with confidence. In partnership with Lifesaving Outreach Services\, this discounted training opportunity for Chamber members offers certification in CPR\, First Aid\, and AED use for just $55 per person.\n\nThe American Heart Association's Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is a classroom-based\, instructor-led program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to provide first aid\, perform CPR\, and safely operate an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a timely and effective manner.\n\nUpon successful completion of the course   including first aid skills demonstrations and CPR/AED testing   participants will receive an official Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course completion card\, valid for two years.\n\nParticipants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring snacks or refreshments for the duration of the class.
