In this interactive and engaging leadership lunch presentation Kate will share strategies and tools for managing chronically challenging employees and/or customers and clients\, keeping potentially difficult people from going over the edge. There will also be tips shared on how to restore peace if you or someone else has "lost it."\n\n\n\n \n\nPresenter: Kate Sholonski is a professional speaker\, leadership trainer and co-owner of Triumph Leadership Group.
