She had several high- profile assignments\, including a two- year assignment to help design and execute a five- day supervisory training course for all levels of Corning leadership. She also held membership and leadership positions in employee resource groups\, mainly the Society of Black Professionals and the Black Women's Forum. She has facilitated more than 30 leadership and training sessions for both organizations as well as other employee resource groups at Corning.\n\n\n\nA resident of upstate New York\, Judy earned dual undergraduate degrees in civil and industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee- Chattanooga\, and a master's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She is also certified as a Six- Sigma Green Belt\, as well as StandOutTM and People SkillsTM trainer.
