She started as an Account Service Consultant and has been promoted to an Account Sales Consultant and Sales Manager within the last 6 years. In her current role as the manager she assists broker\, small businesses and her team to manage the ins and outs of the Small Group book of Business for the East Region. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends\, traveling and renovating on her 110 year old home. \n\n \n\nSusanna will be going over what goes into determining the cost of health insurance and the resources we have to try to keep costs down. \n\n\n\n\n\nSession 2\, presented by the Lavoro Group\n\nMedicare Basics for Employers and their Employees\n\n11:30 am - 12:30 pm\n\n\n\nThis session will focus on Medicare and how it affects your business - for the business and for individuals\, We will be reviewing the Medicare rules for an employer/employee and talking about income guidelines and penalties for not signing up in the proper windows. We will talk about the timeline of when to be thinking about this and when to be taking the steps to get signed up\, and we will talk about how to choose a plan and when as well as different options.
