Her responsibilities include strategic market evaluation\, planning and execution for Health Care Reform and the new individual market.           \n\n	 \n\n	Jessica began her career in 1996 at Greenville Hospital System in Greenville\, SC.  Ms. Renner joined Excellus BlueCross BlueShield in March\, 2001.  Previously\, she served as the Manager and Director of Provider Relations for our thirty-one county service area.\n\n	 \n\n	Ms. Renner earned a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse.
