There will be a post-lecture reception with coffee and cookies beginning at 8:15 pm. Both events are free and open to everyone.\n\n \n\nIn her sculptures\, Cowan flameworks\, fuses\, and hot-sculpts recycled\, upcycled\, and second-life glass usually American pressed glass dating from the 1940s to the 1980s to create contemporary forms that preserve the memory of the earlier objects.
