With Michael Czarnecki's encouragement\, she picked up her pen and began writing poetry again in 2016\, working on her wordsmith skills for 5 years before finally reading a poem out loud in 2021. Now Casey is thrilled that her first featured reading coincides with the release of her first chapbook printed by Foothills Publishing\, On Being  and is excited to share it with this community that has supported her poetry journey over the last 10 years.\n\nhttps://www.facebook.com/events/1323807565487973
