All are welcome to join us for this event.\n\nPanAsia\n\n18-22 West Market Street\, Corning\, NY 14830\n\nFriday\, May 30th\, 2014 4:00pm Ribbon Cutting\n\nReception to Follow\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Craig Wilson and PanAsia:\n\n\n\nDuring the past 25+ years in the culinary industry Craig's dedication has been focused on achievements for his employers\, employees and himself. His extensive experience in the food service industry began at age 16 in a Country Club environment of a Philadelphia suburb. This solid cooking and management experience has allowed his determination\, imagination and self-motivation to become a valuable asset in his own development and therefore his skills have become a valuable asset to the restaurant industry. \n\n\n\nCraig expanded his traditional restaurant experience with extensive travelling and everywhere he has gone he has studied local cuisines. When in Thailand\, he lived on the island of Koh Phangan and learned traditional Thai cooking. While cycling from Holland to Spain he cooked and tasted his way through a variety of European countries. The experience working with wonderful European chefs early in his career in the Philadelphia region taught him classic methods which he was able to blend with the methods learned while traveling around the world. \n\n\n\nUpon his return to the States\, Craig owned & operated restaurants in the greater Philadelphia region\, New York City and most recently in Upstate New York.
