DESCRIPTION:We're thrilled to bring back our incredibly popular Pasta & Wine Weekend!\nJoin us for three days of local wine and pasta pairings. During Pasta & Wine Weekend\, participants will enjoy a self-guided tour around beautiful Seneca Lake\, while sampling local wine paired with a variety of homemade pasta dishes\, at 25 participating Seneca Lake Wine Trail wineries.\n\n\n\n  Pasta lovers\, this one's for you! The Seneca Lake Wine Trail Pasta and Wine Weekend March 22   24\, 2019. Each will feature a wine of their choice paired with a delicious\, pasta-themed dish for event attendees to enjoy. This is a great opportunity to taste your way along the Trail while collecting unique\, new recipes to try!\n\n \n\nSample recipes include tortellini minestrone\, pasta with pancetta\, soba noodle salad\, horseradish and smoked bacon pasta\, fresh sage pesto alfredo with shredded paprika chicken\, penne chicken Florentine\, and cavatappi with butter squash and sage brown cream sauce. These mouthwatering dishes will be served with carefully selected wines\, to showcase both the wine and the food. This is a great opportunity to learn about the art of pairing wine and food. The knowledgeable servers that staff member tasting rooms are eager to share their knowledge while making wine approachable and fun!\n\n\n\n \n\nDates: March 22-24\, 2019\n\nTime: Friday\, 12pm-5pm\, Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm.\n\nTickets: $40 single ticket\, $30 designated driver ticket. Tickets are valid for the duration of the event weekend.
