DESCRIPTION:The ARTS Council is opening its 2017-2018 Poets in Play Season with "Gesture\," a special reading of the poems written and inspired from The Sexuatlity Show. Poet\, Michael Czarnecki led two workshops during The Sexuality Show and this special Poets in Play will be the first time those original works will be read in public! "Gesture" is also the title of the accompanying chapbook for these new and exclusive poems\, and will be for sale for the first time at this event!\n\nWe will also be holding our traditional inspired open mic session from 8-9pm so if you have something related to sexuality you'd like to read\, this is the perfect opportunity. Your poetry does not have to be related to sexuality for you to read aloud. We invite everyone to read their work.\n\nSince this is the first Poets in Play of the new season\, we will be announcing the star-studded poetry line-up for the rest of the season!
