DESCRIPTION:This special session on the Climate Leadership Community Protection Act is brought to you by the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce\, the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce & the Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce.\n\n \n\n \n\nNew York State is taking ambitious action on climate.  The Climate Leadership Community Protection Act of 2019 commits to 100% zero-emission electricity by 2040\, and a reduction of at least 85% below 1990-level greenhouse (GHG) gas emissions. \n\n \n\nALL businesses and residents will be impacted by this act.  Please plan to join us to learn more about proposed energy changes in New York State.\n\n\nPanelists for the program include:\n\nAssemblyman Phil Palmesano\n\nMichelle Hook\, Vice President of Public Affairs\, Danskammer Energy\n\nKen Pokalsky\, Vice President\, The Business Council of New York\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease register online or by email to jbmorgan@corningny.com.
