The Corning Painted Post Historical Society is hosting an all-inclusive 1 day fundraiser bus trip to Western NY on Thursday, October 3, 2019. We will depart from our Welcome Center at 73 W. Pulteney Street in Corning at 6:30 AM. (We will also have a pick up location at the Dormann Library in Bath at 7:00 AM) Our first stop will be the Roycroft Campus in East Aurora, followed by a box lunch. Our next stop will be Graycliff, a Frank Lloyd Wright summer home (1926-31) designed for Isabelle Martin. We’ll then travel to Lockport to the Erie Canal Discovery Center operated by the Niagara County Historical Society. Our last stop is dinner at Tillman’s Village Inn in Childs, NY. We will return to Corning around 10:30 pm (Bath10:00 PM). Cost is $175.00 for members, $200.00 for non-members. Payment for the trip is due September 25.
