Deputy Integrator Project Manager

Employment Solutions is hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Deputy Integrator Rail Car Project Manager in Boston, MA. The salary will depend on your experience. The annual base salary is between $120k - $160k for this full-time position.

Training/Education Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in the Engineering field, preferably mechanical or electrical
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Design Coordination / Management

Job Description:

• You will be part of a design team
• Key role in day-to-day communication with customers
• Set goals and objectives for the design team, and ensure all goals and objectives are met by the design team
• Evaluation of design teams' performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have good organization and leadership skills
• Project Manager experience
• Frequent traveling within the US and overseas
• Strong commitment to safety
• Experience in the Railway Industry is highly desirable
• Availability to travel and stay for extended periods of time in Spain and Elmira, NY
