    Job Description
    Pathways, Inc. is currently recruiting for Waiver Service Provider’s (WSP), Skill Builders, and Senior Waiver Service Providers (Sr. WSP) for Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tompkins, Tioga, and Ontario Counties.

    The Waiver Service Provider/Skill Builder works with youth ages 0-21 who have a behavioral, developmental, medical, or mental health need. The WSP is responsible for providing relief to the families and engaging the youth in community activities designed to develop social skills, improving interaction, and communication methods to interact more positively with others at home and in the community.

    The positions are relief, the hours are based on the needs of the youth and their family. Qualified WSP/SB candidates will have a high school diploma/ged and experience working with children/youth (preference for experience working with children with special needs). The Sr WSP requires at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Human Services and two years’ experience.
