Kitchen Manager

Corning Meals on Wheels is seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a team of 5-7 volunteers each day to prepare and package 150 meals for our home delivered meal program. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective preparation of nutritious meals for homebound seniors and individuals in need. The Kitchen Manager supervises kitchen staff and volunteers, maintains compliance with health and safety regulations, manages inventory and food purchasing, and ensures high standards of food quality and sanitation.
