Three Birds Restaurant opened its doors in 2003. Three Birds culinary team begins every day with a plan—gather the freshest ingredients including locally grown organic produce, prime and Kobe beef, and wild caught seafood.
Our chefs' culinary training ranges from apprenticeships at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lion, France to local training at the IUP Culinary Arts Program in Pennsylvania.
