AWARD CATEGORIES:
THE LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
The highest and most distinguished honor given by the Chamber, the LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD is presented to an individual who has made a lasting contribution to our community by exhibiting leadership, providing inspiration to, and positively influencing others in the business community and our community at large. This award is meant to honor those who have a long-standing history of integrity and involvement and are respected both professionally and as a part of our community. Nominees should be current or retired Members of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce.
BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
The EVOLVING BUSINESS AWARD is presented to an individual or business, that best represents the spirit and values that have led them to success, including integrity, positivity, humility, resilience, creativity and generosity. This award is meant to recognize the positive impact and enduring contributions through engagement, leadership and advocacy within our business community, and on-going support and commitment to the community at large. Nominees should be a current Member of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce.
YOUNG PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD
The YOUNG PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD is presented to an individual, 40 years of age or younger, who demonstrates growing excellence, creativity and initiative in their professional field This award is meant to honor an individual who is engaged in the community outside their professional role and shows a strong commitment to good business practices, thereby serving as a role model for other young professionals both personally and professionally. Nominees should be a current Member of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce; current membership of the Corning Area Young Professionals is preferred, but not required.
