Corning Painted Post Historical Society Annual Meeting

The Corning-Painted Post Historical Society will hold its annual meeting Tuesday, May 15, at 7:00pm at the United Church of Painted Post 201 N Hamilton Street Painted Post, NY 14870.
 
The evening will begin with the required business portion; we will welcome new members to the Board, elect new officers, and thank departing Board members who have generously served the Society and whose terms are ending.  We also plan to have a speaker who will share history of the Painted Post Erwin Museum at the Depot and how the Society acquired it.  We will then move a few blocks to the Depot itself, where we invite you to view the newly updated museum and hear from Ian Mackenzie, Society member and acclaimed author, on the role of railroads in our region.
