How to NOT Make Yourself Miserable (Lunchtime Leadership Series)
At one time or another we can all unintentionally contribute to our own misery. We can be the saboteurs of living a life of purpose and joy. To stop this process, we need to be aware of the symptoms of misery and have the remedies at hand.
This leadership lunch discussion will include a close look at how we each create our experience of life and how to navigate the ups and downs without making ourselves miserable. We will cover 3 easy to remember TIPS so that we can align with optimism and joy on a regular basis.

Cobb Salad: Romaine Greens, Bleu Cheese, Bacon, Tomato, Artichokes, Grilled Chicken Breast, Asiago Cheese and Hard Boiled Egg with Balsamic Dressing
Roast Turkey Breast Sandwich with Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Mayonnaise on Sourdough Bread, served with Potato Chips.
Both entrees will be served with a fresh fruit cup starter and coffee, tea or soda.
