Maintaining Your Mental Health During the Pandemic
As a result of the current pandemic, many of us are experiencing mental health symptoms which may seem unusual or out of character for us. This session will address common behavioral health symptoms/reactions to unusual situations, such as a pandemic. The body’s natural stress response will be discussed, focusing on tips and strategies you can use for coping and thriving in this environment.

Jennifer is a licensed clinical social worker and the Director of Employee Assistance Program Services for Clinical Associates of the Southern Tier. She has been a mental health professional for 15 years, providing treatment for a range of concerns, including anxiety and depression. As part of her role, she provides training on a myriad of topics to local organizations and businesses. Before transitioning to her position at Clinical Associates, Jennifer worked in higher education as an administrator and professor for 18 years.
