NYS Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
The deadline for providing training aimed at combating sexual harassment in the workplace is October 9, 2019. It is mandatory for all employers in NYS to adopt a policy and provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. The training that meets the minimum standards as set forth by the state must be provided interactively.
This is a special opportunity for you to have any current employee(s) who missed your training or any recent hires to receive this mandated training. The training will be conducted by Tina H. Bevilacqua of Bevilacqua HR Consulting.
