VEST Ribbon Cutting Celebration at The Park Church

Vocal Essence of the Southern Tier (VEST), the region’s newest nonprofit community vocal arts organization, will celebrate its official ribbon cutting at The Park Church in Elmira on December 10, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Founded and directed by Dr. Morgan Jolley, VEST is dedicated to making high-quality, inclusive, and joyful ensemble singing accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.

The celebration will include remarks from Dr. Jolley, local officials, and leaders from The Park Church and the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce. Guests can also enjoy live music performances and light refreshments while exploring this historic venue, which has been a hub for community, social progress, and the arts since its founding in 1846.
