About Journey Fitness Coaching:  

Are you ready to conquer your New Year’s goals?  Are you looking for a little extra motivation and accountability in the New Year to help you get there?  If you said yes to either of these than Journey Fitness has good news for you!  Help has arrived.  Journey Fitness is a rapid weight loss personal training center that includes nutritional counseling where they know every client’s name, limitation and the goal that they are working on at all times.  Every workout you will have a trainer alongside you pushing you through your workout and helping you to reach your goals.  

Journey Fitness was started in April 2013 by Travis and Cyndy Barnes.  Travis is the best-selling co-author of the book “Results Fitness”, and Cyndy was featured in Shape Magazine for her 50 lbs weight loss success story.  Journey Fitness has grown from 14 members to over 350 and now a second location in Corning NY.  Just this year the Chemung Chamber voted Journey Fitness "Best New Business of The Year". 

Join Journey Fitness for their ribbon cutting and grand opening red carpet event Thursday, Jan 15th beginning at 5:30pm with the ceremonial ribbon cutting.
