Smoketoberfest at Radisson Hotel Corning

Now that it’s over, the Oktoberfest spirit will play forward at Radisson Hotel Corning with Smoketoberfest – October 6 through 10.   Taking place at its outdoor dining venue, Market Street Social, and inside at its signature restaurant, Grill 1-2-5, Smoketoberfest features a special curated dinner menu of smoked foods and drinks.  Menu examples include: butternut squash soup with smoked jalapeño and maple crema, grilled honey brined wings tossed with molasses and cumin, smoked cheddar and potato perogies tossed with onions and butter, smoked pulled pork bbq or beef brisket sandwiches, smoked chicken apple salad, smoked boneless sous vide pork chops, smoked cedar plank salmon, smoked martini with smoked blue cheese stuffed olives, smoked gin and tonic with smoked blueberries, smoked Manhattan with smoked sweet cherries and more.
