[CORNING, 5/20/16] – The YMCA of Greater Rochester/Corning Community YMCA branch will host a “Spirit of Women” Conference on Sunday, June 5, 2016. The Conference is sure to be engaging, empowering, and enlightening with vendors, sample classes, and motivational speakers all delivering topics you need to embrace your SPIRIT and POWER in your personal and business life.
 
Two-time World Champion Professional Boxer and Corning YMCA Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor; Bonnie Mann is this year’s Keynote Speaker. Ms. Mann has been involved in the fitness community for over 20 years and served 8 years in the US Military as a Marine. Mann’s mantra – “Dream it, Believe it, Achieve it; What’s Your Purpose,” focuses on everyone being here with a reason and purpose and setting, obtaining, and reaching that purpose and goals. Ms. Mann will share what she believes are her gifts and purpose while here on this Earth.
                                          
The Conference will take place at the Corning Community YMCA from Noon to 5 p.m. the cost is $20.00. There will be a 50/50 raffle along with various raffles throughout the conference.
