The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes introduces the first in a new series of performance events. These events will take place at the Been There Café at 224 W Main St in Montour Falls, NY.On Wednesday, November 13 from 7:00 - 9:00pm, Elmira Little Theatre will be hosting a cabaret featuring some of your favorite local performers.
