The Writer's Block: S.R. Karfelt

With novels about an ancient immortal warrior, a shieldmaiden assassin with voices in her head, women trying to balance two worlds, and a bitch witch trying to overcome the evil in her veins, Karfelt is sure to entertain everyone. First and foremost, she is a firm believer that life is far too important to be taken seriously and loves to laugh. She's a writer with an obsession for story. Night writing is her favorite kind, but any writing is her thing. Story slips with Karfelt into her dreams and scenes wake her up. Whether she's at her favorite standing desk or traveling, Karfelt obeys the muse and writes. Karfelt loves stories of redemption and adores taking an unlikeable person and falling in love with them. In her pre-publication life Karfelt spent far more time in the high-tech world than planned. She co-founded an engineering company with her husband before at last returning to the first love of her life, writing, which is exactly where she's always wanted to be.
