About Us
Pathways, Inc., established in 1976, is a not-for-profit human service organization serving individuals and families across the Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, and Rochester, New York regions by providing an array of services through our core programs including Care Coordination, Childcare, Clinical Services, Community and Habilitation Services, Residential Services, and Therapeutic Foster Care.
